UTI offers three separate trade school programs in Florida. At Universal Technical Institute in Orlando, training programs include automotive and diesel. Our Motorcycle Mechanics Institute campus in Orlando offers students the foundational training needed by technicians to work on motorcycles, ATVs, side-by-sides, snowmobiles and personal watercraft. Our Marine Mechanics Institute in Orlando offers training for a career as a marine technician
Searching for automotive training in Florida? Look no further than UTI-Orlando. Since 2004, this 154,781 square-foot campus has been preparing technicians for exciting careers in the field. In your automotive training, you’ll work on everything from simple engine systems to power and performance machines. You’ll get hands-on experience in the lab and even earn credit toward professional certifications.
UTI’s Orlando campus also offers diesel technician training. The 45-week Diesel Technology program is designed to build your base knowledge from the ground up, covering topics like truck brakes and chassis, preventive maintenance, diesel fuel systems and more. Along the way, you’ll learn from passionate, experienced instructors and gain valuable hands-on experience in the lab.
Located in sunny Orlando, Florida, Motorcycle Mechanics Institute (MMI) is a hub for motorcycle enthusiasts. MMI offers a one-of-a-kind Motorcycle Technician Training program, which includes a core program and manufacturer-specific training. If you have a passion for working on bikes and love brands like Harley-Davidson, Kawasaki and Suzuki, MMI is the place for you.
Orlando is also home to Marine Mechanics Institute (MMI). The 51-week Marine Technician Specialist Training Program is designed to teach you everything from inboard gas and diesel to outboard 2 and 4-stroke motors. You’ll also take a series of five, three-week manufacturer-specific courses on Honda Marine, Mercury Marine, Suzuki Marine, Volvo Penta and Yamaha Marine. MMI has 70 test tanks on campus, giving you plenty of opportunities to train on running engines!
