What to Expect in the Recruiting Process

2. Apply

Apply for roles that spark your interest and align with your career goals.

3. Recruiter Review

One of our recruiters will review your application and if you qualify, we’ll reach out with next steps.  

4. Interview

Depending on the role you applied for and your qualifications, a recruiter will set up an interview via phone call, video or in-person.

5. Offer

If selected for the role, your recruiter will work with you on the details regarding your offer.

Pro Tip: We do behavioral-based interviewing. A great way to prepare for your interview is to reflect on experiences or situations in your work history that demonstrate a skill you’ve learned or developed.
