NASCAR Technical Institute is the exclusive educational provider for NASCAR and the only campus in the country to offer NASCAR-endorsed training. This 15-week elective trains you in everything from engines, fabrication, and welding, to aerodynamics and pit crew essentials. Through our elite Spec Engine program, select students have the opportunity to build engines that will compete in NASCAR-sanctioned races.

Can students change sessions in which they are enrolled if their circumstances change?

Student requests to move to another session will be evaluated based on the reason for the request and class availability.
Are you accredited?

Yes. All UTI/MMI/NASCAR Tech locations are accredited by the Accrediting Commission of Career Schools and Colleges.
What certifications will I hold when I graduate?

Each student graduates with either a diploma or Associate in Occupational Studies (AOS) degree, depending on the program and campus, with the possibility of additional certifications.
Is accreditation important?

Yes. Accreditation promotes institutional accountability by systematically and comprehensively evaluating institutions based upon established criteria.
What awards or rankings has UTI received?
