WHAT YOU'LL BE TAUGHT
The Yamaha Marine technician course is designed to equip students with hands-on training and technical knowledge specific to Yamaha marine engines.18 This specialized training focuses on key areas such as fuel injection systems, digital electronic controls, charging and ignition systems, and advanced outboard maintenance techniques.
Students will gain practical skills by training on real Yamaha outboard engines, learning how to diagnose, repair and maintain them using Yamaha's factory-approved tools and service procedures. The course also covers Yamaha’s proprietary technology, including the Helm Master® EX control system and its precision throttle and shift capabilities.
