This 51-week, hands-on program is perfect for those who love the water and want to pursue a career in the marine industry. Through a combination of classroom instruction and hands-on experience, students will learn everything from inboard gas and diesel to outboard 4-stroke and 2-stroke motors.

LEADING BRANDS WANT EXPERTS

Each three-week, manufacturer-specific course is designed to provide students with technical and hands-on training specific to each brand. Students learn the design and operation unique to each manufacturer.

This technical knowledge and hands-on experience prepares MMI graduates to begin work in marinas, boatyards, marine dealers or wherever your life on the water may take you.

WHEN CAN I START? EVERY SIX WEEKS.

Flexible scheduling and frequent start times mean it’s never too soon or too late to start your training. The Marine Technician Specialist program begins every six weeks, with morning, afternoon and some evening classes to accommodate your schedule.
