Automotive Technician Training

The 51-week auto training program in Long Beach offers a curriculum that covers a broad spectrum of topics, ranging from powertrains and transmissions to advanced technology/hybrid and service advising.7 Students can build the skills necessary to apply for entry-level positions upon graduation.1 Graduates also fulfill one of the two years of hands-on experience required to test for ASE certification.

Collision Repair Technician Training

The collision repair school at UTI Long Beach presents two programs designed in conjunction with industry-leader I-CAR, each spanning from 51 to 54 weeks: Collision Repair and Refinish Technology or Collision Repair and Refinish Technology + Estimating. Throughout their studies, students can earn I-CAR credentials that may better prepare them for their career pursuits after graduation.1

Diesel Technician Training

The diesel school at UTI offers a 45-week program that supplies students with skills demanded across different sectors ranging from transportation to agriculture.7 Throughout the program, students learn to service and repair various kinds of diesel-powered equipment and can graduate with the knowledge needed to take ASE certification exams.

Airframe and Powerplant Technician Training
