Diesel Mechanic School Near Galveston Frequently Asked Questions
To enroll in our Diesel program, students must meet standard requirements for all programs. They should be at least 16 (with parental consent if under 18) and have a high school diploma or GED. The enrollment form can be filled out online!
Nope! One of the best things about all of UTI’s programs, Diesel included, is that no prior experience is necessary. Our programs are designed for all skill levels and courses build off each other to give students a good foundation of knowledge.
Of course! Many of our students work at least part-time jobs while in school to help pay for the costs of their education. Our Career Services team can help assist with the job search process, if that’s something you’re interested in.1
