WELDING TRAINING NEAR COSTA MESA, CA
UTI’s Long Beach, CA, welding school is a hands-on program that teaches students different welding processes and skills employers value in entry-level candidates, such as shop math, blueprint reading and technical drawing.1
Our hands-on labs are outfitted with state-of-the-industry technologies and led by instructors with industry experience who simultaneously offer mentorship to help students sharpen important welding tech traits, like initiative and endurance.

Automotive Mechanic Training
In just 51 weeks, students are prepared to pursue entry-level careers as auto techs, smog inspectors, service writers and parts associates.1,7 Graduates earn Associate of Occupational Studies degrees and one of the two years of hands-on experience required to test for ASE certification!
Collision Repair Training
Choose from two programs — a 51-week Collision Repair and Refinish Technology program or a 54-week Collision Repair and Refinish Technology + Estimating program. Both were created under the guidance of industry-leader I-CAR, and students can graduate with several I-CAR credentials plus a diploma!
Airframe and Powerplant Training
Students of the airframe and powerplant program spend 18 months in hands-on labs learning to inspect, maintain and troubleshoot aircraft. They can graduate with a diploma and foundational knowledge that will help them pursue entry-level mechanic careers with confidence!79
