Housing While You Attend Universal Technical Institute’s Long Beach Campus

At the Long Beach campus, Student Services teams with Collegiate Housing Services (CHS) to assist students who need help securing housing. CHS provides a full range of housing services and works closely with students to determine the best options. Below are the services available to assist in your relocation.

SHARED HOUSING

Collegiate Housing Services (CHS) offers a shared housing program in full sized apartments typically within 10 miles of campus. Apartment rent, furniture, basic utilities and roommate matching are all included in your monthly housing payment. All students are on individual leases which offer financial protection from your roommates and allows apartment transfer flexibility.
