Have a passion for cars? UTI’s Automotive Technology program teaches students to service and repair various types of automobiles using industry-standard tools and technologies. The 51-week program concludes with an associate degree, plus students earn one of the two years of hands-on experience needed to take ASE certification exams.7
Do powerful, complex engines interest you? The Diesel Technology program at UTI teaches students the fundamentals of maintaining, diagnosing and repairing diesel-powered equipment in just 45 weeks.7 Graduates receive a diploma and like the automotive graduates, are one step closer to becoming ASE certified.
Do you enjoy chances to be creative and solve problems, all while working with your hands? UTI’s 36-week Welding Technology program prepares students to pursue entry-level careers as combination welders by teaching them the four types of arc welding. The program was created with help from industry-leader Lincoln Electric and culminates in a diploma.
