Course topics cover:

Safety and Efficiency in the Shop Environment

Students will be trained to prioritize safety and develop efficient work habits, creating a foundation for long-term success in BMW service departments.1

Diving into BMW Information Systems

BMW-specific computer systems and diagnostic tools are introduced, equipping students with the skills to navigate and utilize advanced technologies for troubleshooting and repair.

Incorporating BMW “Best Practices”

Students are taught to integrate BMW’s “Best Practices” into their daily routines, ensuring consistency, quality and adherence to BMW’s high standards.

Performing Scheduled Services and Inspections

Hands-on training includes efficiently completing scheduled maintenance, quality control inspections, multi-point inspections and pre-delivery inspection processes. Students will also gain the expertise needed to perform CPO (Certified Pre-Owned) certifications.

Exploring BMW Technology and Features
