At UTI’s Canton campus, our wind turbine training is 7 months long and helps students learn the skills needed to pursue opportunities as wind turbine technicians.

1. Merge onto M-14 East/US-23 BUS North. (1.2 miles)
2. Continue onto M-14 East (signs for US-23 South/Plymouth/Toledo). (0.3 miles)
3. Merge onto M-14 East/US-23 South. (2.0 miles)
4. Use the left 2 lanes to turn slightly left onto M-14 East (signs for Plymouth/Livonia). (14.6 miles)
5. Take exit I-275 South to merge onto I-275 South. (7.3 miles)

The 20-month Airframe and Powerplant program in Canton walks students through the fundamentals of maintaining and repairing aircraft. Graduates are eligible to apply and test for Airframe & Powerplant FAA certification or enroll in an associate of applied science (AAS) degree program! ^79,128

The Industrial Maintenance Technician program teaches students to maintain and repair machines found in power generation industries, like gas, coal and power distribution. Upon completion, enroll in an AAS degree program or begin pursuing roles in industrial maintenance!
