Automotive or Diesel specialized training at Universal Technical Institute (UTI) provides students with the kind of knowledge manufacturers and dealerships value.
After completing UTI’s core Automotive or Diesel Technology program, graduates can apply to a Manufacturer-Specific Advanced Training (MSAT) program where instructors will teach them to service and repair vehicles from leading manufacturers like Cummins, Ford, Peterbilt and BMW, using current technology and systems unique to these brands.1
This specialized training can prepare students for career opportunities with these manufacturers and potentially set them apart from other entry-level technicians who do not have this training.

EMPLOYER RELATIONSHIPS
We have relationships with thousands of dealerships, local shops, and independent businesses. Many of them attend on campus job fairs at our trade schools to recruit our students. Some even conduct interviews on the spot. There are also organizations that offer hiring incentives ranging from student loan repayment to tool purchase assistance.14
AFTERMARKET OPTIONS
Technology is constantly evolving and our relationships with aftermarket companies help ensure that the technology students use in our lab is the same that technicians are using out in the field. From premium tools from Snap-on all the way to advanced CNC machining hardware, our students have access to state-of-industry technology.
