UTI Lisle’s one-year Automotive & EV Technology program teaches students the fundamentals of automotive engine service and repair, vehicle brake systems, vehicle electronic systems and technology, and more!7 Graduates earn diplomas and their training counts as one of the two years of hands-on experience required to test for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification.18 

Diesel Technology

The Diesel Technology program at UTI Lisle lasts just 11 months and concludes with a diploma showcasing graduates’ training.7 Throughout the program, students learn about diesel truck brake systems and chassis, hydraulic systems, transport refrigeration, and more. Like the auto program, graduates can use their training toward one of the two years of hands-on experience required to test for ASE certification.18 

HVACR Technician

In nine months, HVACR Technician students train hands-on to learn HVAC and refrigeration servicing skills that can help prepare them for entry-level positions. Graduates earn diplomas.
