Relocating for trade school is a new and exciting start, so finding the right place to live should be fun; not stressful.
UTI San Antonio teams with Collegiate Housing Services (CHS) to help you find shared housing with other UTI students or independent housing.
Both options are near campus, so you won't have to commute far!
Shared Housing
Shared housing is a popular choice for students who want to live with roommates and form connections beyond the campus walls.
Here's how it works... CHS places you in an apartment with other UTI students. In most cases, you’ll live with three other students and share a two-bedroom, two-bathroom living quarter.
Each student will sign an individual lease tailored to their graduation date. This means your price will be locked in and unaffected by your roommates.

Independent Housing
If you prefer to live on your own, CHS can help you find an independent housing option near campus. This choice gives you more privacy while keeping you close to school.
Independent housing options may include one-bedroom apartments, studio apartments, room rentals or home rentals in the area.
