Orlando student housing program apartments

Housing While You Attend Marine Mechanics Institute’s Orlando Campus

At the Orlando campus, Student Services teams with Compass Rose to assist students who need help securing housing. Compass Rose provides a full range of housing services and works closely with students to determine the best options. Below are the services available to assist in your relocation.

Compass Rose offers a shared housing program in full-size apartments that are typically within 10 miles of campus. Apartment rent, furniture, basic utilities and roommate matching are all included in your monthly housing payment. All students are on individual leases, which offers financial protection from your roommates and allows apartment transfer flexibility.

Is this the right fit for you?

  • Coming by yourself
  • OK with sharing space
  • Want an individualized lease tailored to your graduation date

Visit the Compass Rose website to complete your application and to get more information about Compass Rose’s shared housing program, including apartment locations and pricing.

Want to live on your own or with friends and manage the rent, utilities and daily ins-and-outs? The Compass Rose apartment locator program might be your answer.

Compass Rose has a list of prescreened apartment communities near your campus. In most cases, they’ve worked out favorable rental rates for students leasing apartments. The program allows you to rent your own place from the apartment community, then you are responsible for your own roommates, shared rent payment, furniture and utilities.
