WHAT IS THE TECH RECRUITING EARLY ACCESS PROGRAM?

UTI’s Technician Recruiting Early Access Program (REAP) was created to help provide students with early access to skilled career opportunities that would be much more difficult to obtain without the training and employer relationships that UTI provides.35

CRITERIA

Eligibility requirements and conditions are established by participating employers and are between that employer and the applicant. In addition to eligibility requirements, which vary by employer, a student must:

  • Be enrolled to begin training at a UTI campus
  • Fill out the employer application
  • Follow the employer’s process
