Welding Training Overview
Our UTI Salt Lake City campus helps prepare students for hands-on welding roles in industries like manufacturing, construction and more.1 Students are taught multiple welding processes, including the major arc welding types.
VA benefits are not currently available for this program.

Those who complete the Welding Technology program at UTI Salt Lake City will be awarded a certificate.
UTI does not directly provide welding certifications to students, but our program is designed to help students prepare for the qualification tests required to become certified welders. We help students build skills aligned with American Welding Society (AWS) certification standards.
