Graduates of UTI’s Aviation Maintenance Technology program do not automatically earn certifications upon graduation, but the program is designed to help prepare students to pursue the certifications and credentials commonly needed in the aviation industry.
Students in the program are prepared to test for the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certification, which is a widely recognized credential for aviation mechanics in the United States.128
