The Access Your Future Service Program is for students interested in a career in the equipment industry as a service technician. This program provides two distinct career paths — service intern and service technician apprentice — for qualified students who will be attending, are currently attending, or have recently graduated from accredited diesel, heavy equipment service, power sports or other approved programs. The program provides paid work experience and training along with the potential to earn tools, a graduation bonus, and 4 years of post-graduation financial incentives.

What Will I Be Doing?

  • Working with your hands and in a fast-paced environment (not attached to a desk!)
  • Using tools and technology to repair, maintain and support heavy equipment
  • Solve problems and experience new challenges every day
