Conrad A. Conrad has served as a director on our board since February 2004. Mr. Conrad was employed with The Dial Corporation from August 2000 to October 2005 where he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Conrad has held various audit and finance positions with Quaker State, a leading manufacturer of branded automotive consumer products and services, from 1974 until he was named President and Chief Operating Officer in 1990 and Vice Chairman and Chief Financial Officer in 1994. Prior to his employment with Quaker State, Mr. Conrad worked for Price Waterhouse & Co. and served two years in the U.S. Army Finance Corps.
