These scholarships are need-based, UTI-funded reductions in tuition available to UTI-enrolled students.

UTI Foundation Scholarships
The UTI Foundation provides full or partial scholarships to cover tuition costs and non-tuition expenses such as housing, equipment, etc. These scholarships are available to students who demonstrate financial need, a high level of commitment to their field of study, a positive attitude, a track record of professionalism and responsible behavior. A letter of recommendation by a teacher or employer is required.

Private Scholarships
Private scholarships come from third party organizations and are pre-sorted for UTI students based on various criteria. Qualification criteria could include having a 2.5 GPA while in high school, having financial need, or competing and winning national “hands on” technician competitions.

Government and Agency Funding
Individuals qualifying for tuition assistance through federal and state agencies have the opportunity to seek assistance in obtaining their benefits through our Agency Department. This includes individuals with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, dislocated workers, those involved in disadvantaged youth programs, Veterans, active duty National Guard, individuals of Native American descent, foster children, etc.
