Eligible students must apply and qualify for the Manufacturer Specific Advanced Training Programs (MSAT)¹.
Through our campus-based school system, Universal Technical Institute, Inc. offers specialized technical education programs under the banner of several well-known brands, including Universal Technical Institute (UTI), Motorcycle Mechanics Institute (MMI), Marine Mechanics Institute (MMI) and NASCAR Technical Institute (NTI).
UTI, NTI and MMI are vocational institutions and (with the exception of the UTI campus in Avondale, Arizona) do not offer degree programs or academic programs at the college level. Students will receive a diploma upon successful completion of their program of study. At Avondale, both Associates degrees in Occupational Studies and diploma-level programs are offered. The credits earned at UTI, MMI and NTI are not college-level credits and do not automatically transfer to another school unless that school states explicit willingness to accept credits from a transferring student.
ACCREDITATION
UTI, NTI and MMI are accredited by the Accrediting Commission of Career Schools and Colleges(ACCSC). The Accrediting Commission of Career Schools and Colleges is listed by the U.S. Department of Education as a nationally recognized accrediting agency.
BRANCH INFORMATION
Universal Technical Institute of Illinois ( Glendale Heights, IL); Universal Technical Institute of California ( Rancho Cucamonga, CA); Universal Technical Institute of Massachusetts ( Norwood, MA); and NASCAR Technical Institute ( Mooresville, NC) are branches of Universal Technical Institute of Arizona ( Avondale, AZ).
Universal Technical Institute of Pennsylvania ( Exton, PA) and Universal Technical Institute of Northern Texas (Irving, TX) are branches of Universal Technical Institute of Texas ( Houston, TX.)
Motorcycle Mechanics Institute in Phoenix, AZ is a division of Universal Technical Institute of Phoenix. The Orlando, FL campus is a branch of Universal Technical Institute of Phoenix and includes the Automotive, Motorcycle Mechanics Institute and Marine Mechanics Institute divisions. Universal Technical Institute of Northern California ( Sacramento, CA) is a branch of Universal Technical Institute of Phoenix.

OREGON REGULATIONS
Any person unlawfully discriminated against, as described in ORS 345.240, may file a complaint under ORS 659A.820 with the Commissioner of the Bureau of Labor and Industries. The school's policies governing employees will be enforced in situations where instructional staff or other school personnel have been found to have engaged in discriminatory behavior. Students aggrieved by action of the school should attempt to resolve these problems with appropriate school officials.
