Kevin P. Knight has served as a director on our board since February 2004. Mr. Knight has served as Chairman of the Board of Knight Transportation, Inc., a short-to-medium haul, dry-van truckload carrier based in Phoenix, Arizona. Mr. Knight has served as Knight Transportation’s Chief Executive Officer since 1993 and has been an officer and director of Knight Transportation since 1990. Mr. Knight has served as Chairman of the Arizona Motor Transport Association and a board member of the American Trucking Association.
