UTI Mooresville is the only campus in the country to offer NASCAR-endorsed training, and this 15-week curriculum is an option for those who have completed the core automotive program.¹¹ Students learn about topics such as fabrication and welding, engines and pit crew essentials.

Students are taught four major arc welding processes — shielded metal arc welding, flux-cored arc welding, gas tungsten arc welding and gas metal arc welding — during this 36-week program that prepares them to pursue roles in a variety of sectors.¹
