Knowledge is taught from the ground up, so no prior experience is needed.
Students in the Welding Technology program learn the four main types of arc welds:

Flux-cored arc welding (FCAW)
Understanding these basic methods is necessary for entry-level welding roles and can be built upon as graduates advance in their careers.
