48-week training7
Motorcycle Technician Training students take an 18-week Motorcycle Technician Prerequisite (MTP) program to learn the fundamentals of working on motorcycles. Then, they specialize in one or more brands like BMW, Yamaha, Harley-Davidson®, Honda, Kawasaki and Suzuki.
This program is offered at UTI in Orlando, Florida, and Phoenix, Arizona.
As a student, you'll learn:
Engines, Transmission and Precision Measurement
Chassis, Suspension and Final Drive
Electrical Systems
Electrical Diagnostics
Vehicle Maintenance

The Marine Technician Specialist program combines theory with hands-on training to teach students watercraft servicing skills.18 While enrolled, Universal Technical Institute students get opportunities to train on manufacturers like Volvo Penta, Honda Marine, Mercury Marine, Suzuki Marine and Yamaha Marine.
This program is offered at UTI in Orlando, Florida.
