Cordova says he is very proud that the 18-month pilot program project at UTI Avondale was successful, demonstrating the value of the new curriculum that will likely roll out to most campuses in the future.
As a UTI Regional VP and Campus President, Cordova is constantly working on developing relationships to benefit the campuses he represents. In Avondale, Cordova has established connections with the mayor and state and federal legislators.
UTI’s first campus was founded in Arizona more than 50 years ago. As a result, the Avondale campus is steeped in history and receives frequent traffic from national OEM partners and public figures, including government representatives.

in, whatever they choose to do.

and growth they have experienced.

them early on, which has positively impacted student retention on UTI campuses.
Cordova says it’s his goal to continue to build sustainable relationships with all parties affecting student success, from parents to employers to instructors. Cordova says the focus of UTI is to create people-based solutions in all operations of
the technology-focused UTI campuses.
