Director

A. Richard Caputo, Jr. has served as director on our board since 1997. Mr. Caputo has been a member and senior principal of The Jordan Company L.P., a private merchant banking firm, and its predecessors since 1990. Mr. Caputo is also a director of Safety Insurance Group, Inc., TAL International Group and a number of privately held companies. Mr. Caputo received a BA in Mathematical and Business Economics from Brown University.
