What is an MSAT?

If one of today’s manufacturers feels you have what it takes, you could qualify for Manufacturer Specific Advanced Training (MSAT). MSAT programs are top-level, specialized training programs that feature an advanced curriculum. If you are selected, your manufacturer will sponsor your MSAT tuition in return for specific terms of employment at a dealership after graduation.

HOW DO I QUALIFY?

To qualify for an MSAT, you need G.A.M.E.! Students must apply, successfully interview and meet manufacturer qualifications in the following areas*:

  • G = Grade Point Average (Must Have Above Average Grades)
  • A = Attendance Record (Must Have Satisfactory Attendance)
  • M = Motor Vehicle Record (Must Have Clean Driving History)
  • E = Entrance Exam (Must Achieve Passing Test Score)

In addition to meeting G.A.M.E. requirements, students must have a personal interview, pass a drug test, have no felony convictions and be open to the possibility of relocating for training.
