On Campus Interviews / Recruiting
On-campus interviewing provides employers access to a large number of qualified applicants for immediate as well as future positions. Employers have the opportunity to interview top students before they graduate and go to work for someone else. Their presence on campus creates a heightened awareness among the student population of the company's standards, requirements, and the quality employment opportunities they have to offer. Interviews can often be conducted in just one day, and often for less money than running an ad in the weekend newspaper.
Here's How It Works:
Contact the campus Employment Services Department toll-free to set up an interview date and specify requirements for the interview.
- UTI, NTI or MMI posts a notice to all students and instructors.
- UTI, NTI or MMI develops an interview itinerary that accommodates both employer and student schedules.
- UTI, NTI or MMI provides the space and any necessary audio/visual equipment.
Students arrive at the interview with a completed application.
- UTI, NTI or MMI provides grade transcripts for students who are interviewing.
