Roger S. Penske

Roger S. Penske has served as a director on our board since 2002. Mr. Penske has served as Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of United Auto Group, Inc., a publicly-traded auto dealer, since 1999. Mr. Penske has also been Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Penske Corporation since 1969. Mr. Penske serves as a director of General Electric Company and United Auto Group, Inc.
