UTI Sponsors Hot Import Nights

To encourage and support UTI's relationship with industry aftermarket and tuner companies UTI is a proud sponsor of the Hot Import Nights nationwide tour. Almost all major car companies, tuner companies, and OEM’s are represented at HIN shows because of its status within the car community. Our discount ticket program encourages current students to attend the show while exposing them to the booming aftermarket/tuner segment of the industry.

UTI's Sparkplug Challenge

To increase the fun at Hot Import Nights, UTI is proud to present the Sparkplug Challenge. It is man/woman vs. clock in this fast paced go-for-broke challenge where two contestants have to remove and then reinstall up to four sparkplugs each on a set of automotive heads. Contestants have a chance to win cash prizes throughout the night as they put their skills to the test. The competition draws many participants and even more spectators that get to hear about UTI while enjoying all the action.

Sparkplug Challenge Team Competition

A new feature this year will be the addition of the UTI Sparkplug Challenge Team Competition on HIN’s main stage. Car club contestants will be chosen to represent their team in the challenge with a chance at winning up to $300. This will be a cut-throat version of the Sparkplug Challenge as only the best techs will be representing their squad!
